Earthquake Cake – Food it

 

very tasty and easy to prepare. We had a company and that was the dessert we had and everyone commented it was amazing. 

How To Make Earthquake Cake ?

let’s find out.

INGREDIENTS:

 Oil: 1/3 cup

Eggs: 3

Water: 1 1/3 cup

Coconut: 2/3 cup (grated)

Chocolate chips: 2/3 cup

Pecans: 1/2 cup (chopped)

Unsalted butter: 1/2 cup, 1 stick

Cream cheese: 8 ounces

Powdered sugar: 1 pound (3 and 3/4 cups)

DIRECTIONS:

step 1:

set the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, then lightly spray a 9 ”x 13” saucepan with nonstick cooking spray.

 

step 2:

sprinkle coconut, chocolate chips, and walnuts on the bottom of the skillet.

 

step 3:

Using a spoon or a hand mixer on low heat, mix the German chocolate cake mixture with oil, eggs and water.

 

step 4:

The cake batter should be poured over the coconut / chocolate / pecan layer.

 

step 5:

Choose a saucepan and melt the butter and cheese.

 

step 6:

Now, well, beat 1 pound of powdered sugar using a spoon or hand mixer over low heat, until smooth over butter / cream cheese.

 

step 7:

Once done, spread this mixture over an uncooked German chocolate cake in the skillet. Make sure to stir the cake batter with a knife.

 

step 8:

Please bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until it does not swing in the pan when shaken. The toothpick test should not work because the cake has to be more viscous in nature.
